Your Workplace approached Res.im to help make better use of its website. They wanted to maintain their unique voice while evolving their digital presence, and they needed a partner that could help them every step of the way.
Res.im managed the project from research through to launch. Our project manager led weekly calls to keep the project on track and ensure risks and issues were identified and addressed proactively.

A major web overhaul is an opportunity to reassess your business model and build the foundation for the next 5-10 years. As part of our research and strategy phase, Res.im evaluated the suitability of over a dozen current and potential sources of digital revenue. Our process facilitated shared understanding and buy-in, while being both consistent and accommodating when seeing the strategy through to execution.
Growing the audience
Using a combination of qualitative user interviews, analytics, top task survey results and Net Promoter Score, Res.im determined which types of features and content would have the most impact on user growth.
Loyalty & engagement
Part of our assignment was to make recommendations on the best way to use 18 years worth of content. We came up with a design that helped people find and discover content that’s relevant and valuable to them to encourage both return visits and increased time on site.
We helped create a more unified experience for online content, conference registration, print subscription information, and their online shop. Passive revenue generation through thoughtful e-commerce integration is positioned to improve Your Workplace’s top line.
